• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made within the time frame specified at the time of booking.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and maintain decorum during their stay.

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas.

• The use of illegal substances, weapons, or engaging in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests violating hotel policies.

5. Liability and Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or room contents during their stay.

• The hotel is not liable for the loss of personal belongings left unattended or unsecured.

• Safety deposit boxes are available for storing valuables upon request.
